1) Slide the ferrule onto the cable and strip the cable to the dimensions as shown, taking care not to nick the centre conductor or braid. Tin the centre conductor of the cable.
2) Slide the centre conductor into the contact assembly, ensuring that the cable braid is on the outside of the connector mandril and that the conductor is in as far as possible. Crimp the ferrule, then solder the conductor through the solder hole in the contact.
3) Slide contact through the insulator and screw contact assembly into body until tight.
