1) Strip the cable as shown ensuring the Dielectric is flush with the cable Jacket leaving 5.7mm exposed centre conductor. |

Solder the rear of the Backnut to the cable jacket ensuring the front
face of the back nut is flush with the cable jacket. Trim off any
protruding dielectric back to the front face of the Backnut.
Slide the insulator onto the contact and then solder the contact onto
centre conductor. |
3) Insert the cable into the body and tighten backnut. |
